CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER COMMUNICATIONS

The Association will not maintain the confidentiality of any user or communication which contains personal user information which is transmitted through this site.  Postings by users on any message board or chat room will not be protected as confidential and the Association or any person or entity may use and provide the information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know how or other intellectual property) to any person or entity for any purpose whatsoever.

LINKED INTERNET SITES

The Association is not responsible for the content available on any internet site linked to the site.  Access to any other internet site linked to this site is at the users own risk. 

POSTINGS

The Association shall be under no obligation or duty to review any messages; information or content posted on the site by users and assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any postings.  Notwithstanding the above, the Association may from time to time monitor the postings on the site and may decline to accept and/or remove any postings that contain: any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vague, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable, local, state, national or international law, advertisements or solicitations of any kind, messages posted by users impersonating others, personal information such as messages that state phone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, addresses or employer references, messages by non-spokespersons, members or employees of the Association purporting to speak on behalf of the Association (or others), messages that offer unauthorized download of Association copyrighted or private information.
