Our Committees
Much of the work of the Community Association is done by committees with direction from the Board of Directors. The following are links to enable e-mail communication with the committees. We intend to provide better descriptions of the committee’s responsibilities in the near future.
Click on the picture next to a description to send an e-mail to the committee.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE - The Advisory Committee for the Greens and Fairways Edge receives and evaluates suggestions from Owners with respect to services they want the Community Association to perform. This Committee's evaluation of these suggestions is then reported to the Board of Directors of the Community Association, which has the authority to act or not on the recommendations. On occasion the Advisory Committee provides assistance to the Board of Directors on special projects.
The committee meets at the Clubhouse at 7:30 p.m. every other month on the second Tuesday as follows: November 11, January 13, March 10, etc.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEES (ARC) - There are two of these, one for The Greens and Fairways Edge and the other for Pine Run. All Architectural Modification Applications are reviewed first by the community appropriate committee. They may recommend approval or deny approval or return the application to the applicant. Final decisions are made by the Board.
